Early Years Educator
I am an experienced educator with 17 years of teaching expertise, dedicated to fostering a
genuine love of learning in every student. I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, and
Physics from Bangalore University and continue to grow professionally through courses such as
a Diploma in Information Systems from Aptech, Java and C++ from NIIT, an Advanced Diploma
in Montessori and Nursery Education, Early Years Childhood Education (ECCE), and
Cambridge International Early Years. My qualifications and experience help me create
engaging, supportive learning environments. Outside the classroom, I enjoy dancing, singing,
traveling, and swimming, which enrich my teaching and help me connect with students.
Ms. Rabab Saifee
Early Years Educator
I, Rubina (Rabab) Mustufa Saifee, have over seven years of experience in education,
specializing in the Cambridge curriculum. I have led international programs and fostered
globally minded learning environments that promote academic and personal growth. I hold a
B.Com in Financial Accounting and Costing from Mumbai University, along with certifications in
Pre and Primary Teacher Training, TESOL, Jolly Phonics, and Child Psychology. I have also
completed the Cambridge International Early Years – Introduction program and am pursuing

At ISWK Cambridge, I have served as Chief Admission Officer, Communications Coordinator, Social Media Manager, and contributed to IT projects. I am the founder of The Learning Centre (focusing on STEAM, Montessori, and LEGO education), a published KDP author, and a World Scholar’s Cup debate judge in Doha. These experiences have strengthened my skills in Primary English, Montessori, and Early Years education. Ms. Sindhu Sharma

Teaching for me is more than a profession — it’s a passion and a privilege. At ISWKI, I serve as the Primary English Subject Coordinator, Homeroom Teacher for Grade 5, and English Educator for Grades 3, 5, and 6, where I strive every day to make learning joyful and meaningful for my students.
With an M.Com from HNB University, Garhwal, a B.Ed from Dr. C.V. Raman University, Ranchi, and a Post Graduate Diploma in TEFL/TESOL, I bring both academic knowledge and a deep love for teaching into the classroom. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor learners who went on to excel in the Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Writing Competition and represent at the World Scholar’s Cup – Regional and Global Rounds in Dubai. Moments like these remind me why I chose this path.
I’ve also enjoyed taking up different roles beyond teaching — from being the Agni House Coordinator (2023–2024) and Language Club Incharge to mentoring the Gavel’s Club. Whether it’s preparing students for Cambridge Checkpoint examinations, guiding them through public speaking, or helping them script school events, I’ve always believed in nurturing confidence and creativity alongside academics.
At present, I lead the English Language Club for the Primary section, where my goal is simple: to inspire children to love language, think creatively, and express themselves freely.
Above all, my teaching philosophy is grounded in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment — one where every child feels seen, valued, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential. My academic journey includes a Master’s of Science in Zoology from DAV College Jalandhar
and a Bachelor of Education from H.P. University Shimla. I am a certified STEAM trainer and have

I am currently serving as the School STEAM Club Coordinator, and actively mentoring students

My academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Arts in English from Ajmer University, Rajasthan and a Bachelor of Education from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, India, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. With nearly three decades of teaching experience, I bring a deep commitment to nurturing young learners and guiding them toward a strong foundation for future success. For the past four years, I have served as an Early Years Level Coordinator, leading curriculum innovation, mentoring staff, and collaborating with families to create a vibrant and supportive learning community focused on the holistic development of every child.
