    2. What are the school hours for Early Years? +

    The school hours for Early Years are from 8:00 am to 12:15 pm.

    3. Do you provide meals or snacks? +

    Learners of Early Years bring the snacks from home, however meals and snacks are provided at the event

    4. What safety measures are in place at your school? +

    At ISWK [Cambridge], we prioritize the safety and well-being of our learners, staff, and visitors by implementing comprehensive safety measures, including-
    Secured Campus – The school premises are monitored with CCTV cameras.
    Health and Hygiene Protocols – First-aid facilities, medical assistance, and hygiene standards are maintained to promote student well-being.
    Supervised Pick-up & Drop-off – Designated drop-off and pick-up zones with staff supervision ensure safe arrival and departure of students.

    We encourage language development in young children through a variety of engaging and interactive strategies that build vocabulary, communication skills, and confidence in expressing themselves. Some key approaches include:
    Storytelling & Read-Alouds, Conversations & Open-Ended Questions, Songs and Rhymes, Dramatic Play & Role-Playing, Language-Rich Environment, Encouraging Self-Expression, awareness, Multisensory Learning, Peer Interactions, Parental Involvement.

    12. Do you celebrate birthdays in the classroom? +

    We celebrate birthdays at school, where the child is permitted to distribute one chocolate each to their classmates.

    13. What first-aid and medical support is available on campus? +

    We have a school infirmary with a trained nurse present to provide medical support.

    14. How much time is allocated for outdoor play? +

    Learners have outdoor play during their PE lessons, which are held twice a week with PE teachers.

    15. What happens if my child gets sick or hurt during the school day? +

    Learners who are ill or hurt can receive attention or rest in school infirmary. The infirmary is staffed by a trained nurse. If a child gets hurt or sick during the school day, the school nurse will call the parent to discuss the situation and, if appropriate, ask the parent to come and pick up the child. Learners can rest in the infirmary till the parent arrives.
