Advanced Technology at ISWKi for Hybrid

Learning

The Technology enhancement was never appreciated earlier as it has

been since the last one year. All sectors have taken best out of it to
maintain the continuity of their core commercial or non-commercial

activities. Educational institutions are no different than any other
activities; these were unprecedented times and hence they called for

ameliorate solutions.

So our next effective and innovative solution to the continuous

change is to move to “Hybrid Learning” for our learners.

We at ISWKi have acted fast to the probing challenges as we realised

every day is important for the development of our learners. We instantly
initiated an online praxis to our learners to maintain the continuity and

help them achieve their developmental milestones without any missed
opportunities. In this VUCA world which all management gurus describe
as “Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous”, the only constant is
change and last year was the testimony to the same. So our next effective

and innovative solution to the continuous change was to move to “Hybrid
Learning”. This may be the stage, which will help students to come back

to their normal school routine partially and will also help them to
socialize with their peer group, an important developmental tool for the
learners. Hybrid learning is a way of combining traditional classroom

experiences for the experiential learning objectives with digital course
delivery.
