Our online learners will experience attending real
time virtual classrooms, while some of their
friends will be in the class experiencing the
traditional method of learning. This model is
unique to blended learning. To make this an
effective experience ISWKi have shown ahead of
time preparedness by installing Video
conferencing, learning management systems,
online PE sessions, discussion forums and many
more. Hybrid learning model will also include
asynchronous (non-live) online learning methods.
Apart from strengthening all our systems and
processes, which include safety, we have also
ensured completing basic requirements of
temperature checks at the entry, mandatory mask
by all in the premises, installation of sanitizer
dispensers at all identified easily accessible
locations, isolation areas in case any person shows
any kind of symptoms during the day while in
school. Teachers have been alerted to be
observant about these symptoms. Kids will be
guided through creative stickers on the floor to
maintain social distancing and enjoy the
comeback. We have launched our first phase of
School reopening with this hybrid model. Our
Learners from grades 6th to 11th were welcomed
in the school on January 24, 2021. The learners
are divided into odd and even groups according to
their roll numbers. Students with even roll
numbers will attend school on weeks starting
from even date and odd will attend school on the
weeks starting from odd dates. This has reduced
the class capacities to maximum 8 students at a
time, hence maintaining all social distancing
norms the others will attend classes virtually.
The hybrid learning will be continued with all
protocols, and we at ISWKi will strive to make our
learners confident and strong to face any future
challenges in such unprecedented times.
