Collaboration & Winter Fun
Collaboration is an approach that involves parents and educators coming
together to understand a common learning progress and complete the task of
understanding the learning gaps and to make constructive planning for future
improvement. They bank upon each other's resources, expertise and skills to
fulfill the task. There is joint ownership of responsibilities and failures, if any. They
work independently on different parameters to improve the quality of learning.
Collaboration for the End of Term 2 was held on the 15th, December 2022 for KG
to Grade 9. Approximately 80% of the parents attended this collaboration.
Constructive feedback was given by the concerned educators and by the Level
Coordinators, wherever applicable. Suggestions / concerns / issues were noted
by the respective class teacher in the ERP under the PTM Feedback module.
Pre collaboration, a subject wise feedback form was sent to the parents which
was responded to by the respective subject educator before the collaboration.
The parents were happy with this approach and thus had very less to no concerns
on the very day of this collaboration.
The collaboration was concluded for the entire school by 2:30 pm. The reports
were updated by the educators in the ERP by the day.
