Science Olympiad

The National Science Olympiad organised by the Science Olympiad Foundation
was held on 22nd October 2022 at ISWK International during the school hours.
More than 50 students from grades 1 to 10 gave the examination which not only
tests their knowledge but also promotes logical reasoning, a healthy competitive

spirit and the development of a scientific temperament.

A world renowned organisation, the SOF whose examinations are highly valued by

top institutions for example the IIT and British Council. It helps students
understand their shortcomings and strengths so that they can work on them to
better themselves.
The performance reports included their academic performance at five different
levels - within school, city level, zonal level, regional level and the international

level. These annual tests are conducted across various schools globally and
students and earn a lot of recognition like medals, certificates, awards, gifts or
cash prizes.

Cyber Olympiad

The National Cyber Olympiad (NCO) is a cyber concept and knowledge
competition for students of class 1 to class 11. It is conducted by the Science
Olympiad Foundation (SOF) to identify and nurture future scientists, technologists
and IT talent at the school level.

It gives a space for students from many disciplines to study and explore their
abilities to boost their education. These tests offer a precise evaluation of
students’ knowledge and encourage them to pursue academic excellence.
Students who take part are evaluated on their capacity for logical and scientific

thinking.
The primary goal of the exam is to determine Mental aptitude, Logical thinking
and Analytical reasoning skills.

From ISWKi we had a good number of responses for the Cyber Olympiad. The
exam took place on 24th November 2022.
