This year in ISWKi we incorporated the Oman national day theme in our Inter

House MUN event. The whole school participated in some way or the other like
Kindergarten tiny totes and grade 1 & 2 learners presented a dance performance

wearing traditional Omani costumes. Senior School learners sung the Arabic group
song.

Kindergartens at ISWKi celebrated National Day from 15th - 18th November with
full fervor. Despite the challenges and limitations presented by COVID-19, we

managed to rise to the occasion and deliver a memorable and enjoyable National
Day celebration. Learners came dressed in Omani traditional dress, enjoyed eating

and showing the Omani products to their classmates, made flags of Oman and
wore dresses in flag colours. They presented a traditional Omani dance and

coloured the flag of Oman.

Apart from this the entire school was decorated with Oman flags or with the tri

colors of the Oman national flag. At the same time as MUN presents the world we
decorated the venu with 68 countries' flags. The decorations in the school conveys

the right message that we are united despite our differences. We make a
difference.
