Terms and Conditions

The following are the Terms and Conditions for online payments to Indian School Al-Wadi Al-Kabir International (ISWK [Cambridge]) through Bank Muscat Payment Gateway. Please go through the same carefully.

I/We agree and accept the services provided by Bank Muscat SAOG ("the Bank") at my/our request to carry out my ISWK [Cambridge] payments through instructions on my/our account, given by me/us.

I/We have no objection whatsoever, to ISWK [Cambridge] providing my/our billing details to the Bank.

While the Bank will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the payment details, the Bank is not liable for any not-error. I/We shall not hold the bank responsible for any loss, damages, etc. that may be incurred/suffered by me/us if the information contained turns out to be inaccurate/incorrect.

I/We agree that any disputes on Payment details will be settled directly with ISWK [Cambridge] and the Bank’s responsibility is limited to provision of information only.

I/We agree that we will make bill amount payments as required by ISWK [Cambridge]. I/We will not hold the Bank responsible for ISWK [Cambridge] rejecting the payment amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries.

I/We agree that the record of the instructions given and transactions with the Bank shall be conclusive proof and binding for all purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding.

I/We agree that charges, if any, for ISWK [Cambridge] Payment services will be at the sole discretion of the Bank and the Bank is at liberty to vary the same from time to time, without giving any notice.

I/We agree that the bank will not be held responsible for the delivery of any item / service purchased by me/us or the condition of the item / service when it is delivered. The Bank’s role is restricted to provision of information and payment service only. All disputes regarding delivery / condition of goods are to be taken up directly with ISWK [Cambridge].

All refunds due to non-delivery of goods or services / rejection of the goods or services will be done at the request of ISWK [Cambridge].

I/We agree that the Bank is at liberty to withdraw at any time ISWK [Cambridge] Payment facility, or any services provided thereunder, in respect of any or all the account(s) without assigning any reason whatsoever, without giving me/us any notice.
