DANCE TO THE BEAT

Dance to Express!

A well-coordinated body and mind result in establishing tranquility. Dance forms,
help in reaching this calmness. Dance to the Beat, A Solo Dance competition
provided a stage for the students of grade 1 and 2 to shun away their inhibition
and tune their body to the rhythm of songs enlisted to them. The audience

couldn’t control the hidden dancers in them, but went about encouraging the
performers with full zeal. The participants expressed their dancing talent, which
was coupled by creative costumes and fun choreography.
An Inter-class Solo Dance Competition named “Dance to the Beat was organized

at ISWKi for students of grade 1 and 2 on 29th September 2022. The theme of
the competition was ‘Freestyle’. The competition began with great zest and
excitement. The participants dressed in colorful costumes, twirled around and set
the stage on fire with their thrilling performance. This competition was judged by

two esteemed judges Ms. Liza Bomediano and Ms. Vinita K.P
The participants expressed their dancing talent, which was coupled by
appropriate costume and good choreography.

Grade 1 Grade 2
First Place- Yuvraj Sujith. First Place- Dhyana Punit Chande
Second Place- Kanishq Abhilash Nair Second Place- Aaleyaah Safeer

Third Place- Divam Pokhriyal. Third Place- Rishika Chourasia
