             International’s Impressive




             Investiture Ceremony






             Indian  School  Wadi  Kabir  Cambridge  International  held  the
             Investiture Ceremony on the 12th of September 2022 to induct
             the  newly  appointed  School  Council  for  the  academic  session
             2022  -  2023.  The  evening  began  with  the  traditional  lamp
             lighting ceremony as a tribute to the Almighty. The investing of
             the badges signifies the reliance and confidence that the School
             consigns  in  the  newly  invested  office  bearers.  The  evening
             commenced  with  cheering  and  applause  from  parents,
             educators and loved ones.
             The  event  was  graced  with  the  august  presence  of  the  Chief
             Guest  Mr  .  M  P  Vinoba  -  Senior  Principal  and  the  Education
             Advisor – Board of Directors of the Indian Schools, Sultanate of
             Oman.
             Mrs.  Gargi  Chugh,  Hon.  President  of  the  School  Management
             Committee,  Principal  D  N  Rao  ,  Shashikala  Prabhat  the  Vice
             Principal, esteemed members of the ISWKi School Management
             Committee and the parent community were present at the grand
             ceremony.

             There was a warm welcome to one and all by the very talented
             band who escorted the Chief Guest and all the dignitaries to the
             venue.  Through  a  rigorous  and  confidential  voting  system  the
             School  proudly  announced  its  37  promising  Council  Members.
             Donning  the  hat  of  honor,  resilience  and  pride,  the  newly
             inducted  Council  Members  participated  in  an  oath-taking
             ceremony  wherein,  they  promised  to  uphold  the  spirit  of  the
             School's  vision  and  shoulder  their  responsibilities  with
             dedication  and  determination.  Each  of  the  student  Council
             Member  took  the  pledge  of  allegiance  which  further  reflected
             the School’s motto of “Nurturing World Citizens, ready to take
             on the challenges of the future”.

             The Chief Guest for the occasion Mr. . M P Vinoba delivered an
             inspiring and motivational address to our young leaders, shared
             the  importance  of  responsibility  bestowed  upon  each  of  them
             and  emphasized  that  -  ‘Leadership  is  not  a  matter  of  position,
             rather action.’
