| Sibling Concession - applicable on Tuition Fee only |
| a) Eligible for the 1st Two Siblings only. |
| b) the sibling concession effective is as below: 1st Child Admission - No Concession 2nd Child Admission - 10% concession on applicable Tuition Fee only 3rd Child Admission - 10% concession on applicable Tuition Fee only |
| c) Sibling concession to be discontinued when the elder Child either graduates from the school or withdraws from the school. This will be effective from the following Quarter of graduating or withdrawal of the elder Sibling. |
| d) All other Sibling concessions will get adjusted accordingly based on the number of Siblings still studying in the school. |
| Annual Fee Payment concession - applicable on Tuition Fee only |
| Annual fee concession is eligible only in case full Academic Year Fee is chargeable and Payable. And all applicable fee is paid upfront on or before the due date of INST 1, that is : |
| For Classes Pre K - 8 : 15th April (for all admissions happened before 30th June and full INST 1/2/3/4 is charged) fee to be paid on or before due date 15th April or Date of Admission whichever is later. |
| For Classes 9 & above : 15th Jan (for all admissions happened before 31st March and full INST 1/2/3/4 is charged) fee to be paid on or before due date 15th Jan or Date of Admission whichever is later. |
| Withdrawal Policy |
| Transfer Certificate / Withdrawal Fee -- OMR 25/- per learner. The Transfer Certificate will be issued only upon receipt of the Withdrawal Fee. |
| Clear One Month written notice to the school for Withdrawal / TC Application is required : in absence of sufficient Notice - Notice fee penalty equivalent to One Month Tuition Fee for current grade of student will be charged. |
| a) End of year withdrawal : clear One Month withdrawal notice required 1. Classes Pre K - 8 : on or before end of February 2. Classes 9 - 11 : on or before end of November |
| b) During the Academic Year : no withdrawal is permitted in between the running Quarter and Quarterly fee as applicable is non refundable. and one Month clear notice is required before end of Quarter as below: 1. Quarter 1 (April - June) : full quarter fee is chargeable and withdrawal notice shall be given on or before 31st May. 2. Quarter 2 (July - Sep) : full quarter fee is chargeable and withdrawal notice shall be given on or before 31st Aug. 3. Quarter 3 (Oct - Dec) : full quarter fee is chargeable and withdrawal notice shall be given on or before 30th November. 4. Quarter 4 (Jan - Mar) : full quarter fee is chargeable and withdrawal notice shall be given on or before end of February |
