A Glance at Sports Triumphs and Inter –School

Success

Interschool competition provide an invaluable platform for learners to
showcase their talents, skills and abilities on a layer platform.

ISWK (Cambridge) participated in U11 MPSL interschool Football
tournament conducted by Modern International school on 24 January 2024.

In a hard-fought competition, our school secured a commendable third
place, showcasing their prowess in field.

Throughout the tournament, ISWK(Cambridge) emerged victorious in the
three matches against PDO, OPIS Blue and BSM. Their resilience was
further evident in the matches where they secured a draw against OPIS

Green and BSM. Despite a single loss against MISO School, learners
overall performance reflected their dedication and skill in the sport. In
MSSL Inter- School Football tournament U14 (Boys) were declared as

runner up in south zone. The tournament was held at TAISM School on 18
February 2024.

The U-16 Basketball Girls Tournament was held at ABA International
School. The Basketball Girl’s team secured third place in the tournament.
U16 Girls Team defeated Beacon House by a 4-point margin. Overall,

Chaitanya Priya (Grade 7) performed admirably well to secure a third
position for the school.

Siddarth Sowmya Shankar (AS Level) got selected for Oman U19 Cricket
team. The team has participate in ICC U19 Men’s CWC Division 2 Asia 2024

event, which was held in Thailand from 26 February, 2024 - 5 March, 2024.
The team has made the country proud on the cricket field.

At ISWK[Cambridge], impact of Inter-school events is high and school’s

commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals through athletics pursuits
is quite perceptible.
