FROM THE
EDUCATOR'S DESK
Meet our Upper Secondary Coordinator Ms. Parul Talita Singh
“Be careful not to let a negative social media life attract you to a
dark way of thinking” - Germany Kent (American Broadcaster)
Today, our world has become increasingly competitive and the
pressure to excel is embedded in every aspect of our lives. It may be
something as innocuous as a gaming app on your phone or tablet.
There are constant comparisons with friends ( real and virtual) on social
media, about who is leading a more successful life.
In many cases, a sense of failure engulfs one and they are invariably
plunged into a quagmire of misery and despondency.
It is important to realise, that social media is ephemeral and
insubstantial, what matters in life is your sense of self-worth which
cannot be determined by an alternative virtual reality.
Break through!
Best Regards,
Ms. Parul Talita Singh
