Inter House Debate Competition

An Inter-House Debate Competition was
held at ISWKI premises on 19th May 2022.
Learners from all four houses thrashed out

their opponents in their deliberations.

Our Chief Guest Mr. Sunil D’Souza, CEO of
Travel Point LCC was impressed by the
arguments the learners had put forward.

The judges were bewildered about choosing
the best speaker. The topic was “Will the

development of artificial intelligence harm
or benefit humankind?”

The panel of judges decided the winners.

They are:
Best Speaker - Cailyn Justine Durham (9C,
Vaayu House)

Best Rebuttal - Shreedevi Mohan (AS level,
Agni house)

Best Debater (jointly awarded) - Harnoor
Kaur (9C, Jal House) and Mannat Ajamani

(AS level, Jal house)

It was indeed a tough debate. Our Principal
whole heartedly appreciated the
participants and congratulated them for

their knowledge on Artificial Intelligence and
skilled arguments. The audience highly

appreciated the debate as they could relate
to the topic and were constantly sitting at
the edge of their seats!
