He has a knack of making complex things simple by giving authentic
and real life situations which arouses interest and motivates teachers
to grasp and learn more and more about the programme. His
command over his subject is impressive and his learners can relate to
the same, much easily. His pious nature, refined soft skills, friendly
disposition and accessibility has bridged the gap to emerge as a
collaborative team.
He interacted with the teachers and motivated them to be the Master
Trainers. The topics which he re-visited during the discussion were:
Objectives and Learning Outcomes
Interdisciplinary
Trans-disciplinary Approaches
Assessment and Evaluation
Critical Thinking
Bloom's Taxonomy
Multiple Intelligences
He has brainstormed us with the above topics very interactively. He
has also motivated us to become our own teachers to explore more
and share the knowledge about each topic with our colleagues in the
upcoming sessions to reflect our understanding.
I would conclude with a quote of Lee Thayer which holds true for our
Principal:
The Leader who is forever in
the learning mode is the
one most likely to succeed .
