This year's sports day was unlike any other! Here at ISWKI, even
though we were in a pandemic, all lazy and sluggish at home our

school considered our safety and got its way to put up our very own,
futuristic, prodigious and distinctive "Virtual" Sports day, the very
first in the country.

Sports is about those incredible moments where sheer human will
and desire overcomes the odds. With the aim of ensuring that
learners do not miss out on what would have been their
routine through the academic year 2019-20 if the
school was running its normal course,

ISWKI organised the first ever
Virtual Sports Day on the

7th of February,
2021.

Educators

had planned various games
and activities for the learners which
got them participating enthusiastically.

Learners participated in the games in their class
wise groups. The energy learners brought with them was
contagious and gave the educators a sense of accomplishment.

It was a day filled with sportsmanship, enthusiasm and memories to
cherish. Our principal of this esteemed institution, Mr Sanjay Tiwari
thanked all the teachers for their cooperation and support and

advised children to keep up their sportsman spirit.
Despite having to sit at home and maintain social distancing, the
learners got the opportunity to carry on with their annual sports day

by showcasing their respective challenges online, from the comfort
of their own home. It was a real challenge to come up with ideas on
what to incorporate in a virtual sports day. But the minds of ISWKi

didn't give up and eventually put up a show loved and highly
appreciated by the audience.
