As a K2 Home room Educator and Kindergarten Level Coordinator
I have ensured that I go beyond the dictated norms and work
towards fostering a healthy intellectual and social environment
for kids to learn and grow. Apart from introducing them to a
comprehensive range of subjects and concepts as per their
curriculum, I have introduced holistic techniques that will stoke
their social skills and encourage student interaction. We use a
variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories,
media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate
and stimulate children’s abilities. As a part of the classroom
management we ensure that all learning materials and resources
are organized beforehand and our lesson plans are prepared in
advance. We assess students’ performance and progress, at
regular intervals to ensure they are mastering the skills needed
for the final assessment
